Thanksgiving Cranberry Salad With Sour Cream Dressing

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cranberries 1 Pound, washed and cleaned
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Bring sugar and water to boil.
Add cranberries; boil until berries pop and can be mashed with a spoon.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water; add to hot berries.
Cool.
Add lemon juice, nuts and celery.
Serve alone, or with Sour Cream Salad Dressing
