Garden Cheese Salad
|Lemon gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomatoes||2 Small, peeled and chopped|
|Green onions and tops||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Minced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Carrot||1 , grated|
|Radishes||4 , chopped|
|Left over peas||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; cool.
Season vegetables with salt and pepper; add to gela tin.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Season cream cheese; roll into six balls.
Pour part of thickened gelatin into six individual molds.
Place a cheese ball in each.
Cover with more gelatin mixture.
Chill until firm.
