Garden Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 2 Small, peeled and chopped
  Green onions and tops 1 Small, finely chopped
  Minced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Carrot 1 , grated
  Radishes 4 , chopped
  Left over peas 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cream cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; cool.
Season vegetables with salt and pepper; add to gela tin.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Season cream cheese; roll into six balls.
Pour part of thickened gelatin into six individual molds.
Place a cheese ball in each.
Cover with more gelatin mixture.
Chill until firm.
