Summer Macaroni Salad is ideal for a summer treat and has everything needed for a yummy deal. Macaroni and Cheddar cheese play the lead in this yummy Summer Macaroni Salad.
Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni/Shell / ring macaroni 7 Ounce (Uncooked)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
  Sliced gherkins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen peas 12 Ounce, cooked and drained
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain; rinse with cold water.
Drain again.
Add remaining ingredients.
Chill.
Serve in lettuce cups.
