Quickie Cranberry Salad
|Raspberry gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Hot water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Whole cranberry sauce||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Crushed pineapple||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Tart apples||3 Large, diced|
|Oranges||3 , peeled and sliced crosswise|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add cranberry sauce; stir until mixture is smooth except for berries.
Add crushed pineapple, apples, oranges and nuts; stir thoroughly.
Refrigerate overnight in desired mold.
