Chicken And Macaroni Salad is a perfect side dish for your weekend dinners. They are easy to make and delicious. You just have to try the Chicken And Macaroni Salad!
Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Diced cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cut up
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lettuce pieces 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain and rinse in cold water.
Mix all ingredients except lettuce.
Cover and refrigerate.
Just before serving, toss with lettuce.
Garnish with parsleyed tomato wedges.
