Molded Garden Salad With Vegetables
|Lemon gelatin||6 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced cauliflower flowerets||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Prepare gelatin according to package directions, omitting 1 cup cold water.
Add lemon juice, stirring well, chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in cucumber, radishes, celery, cauliflower, and green onions, spoon into a lightly oiled 5-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on lettuce leaves.
