Green Bean Salad (Italy)

Ingredients
  Green beans 2 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook green beans in small amount of boiling water just until crisply tender.
Drain; add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine olive oil and vinegar; add to beans and toss.
Chill and serve cold.
