Raspberry Layer Salad is a chill and serve salad and makes the right pick to add to the party menu. This salad packs in the flavors of pineapple, marshmallows, chopped nuts and cream cheese. Give this Raspberry Layer Salad a try!
Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Marshmallows 16 Large
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dessert topping mix 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Melt marshmallows in hot milk.
Combine pineapple, cheese and nuts; add gelatin.
Fold mixture into marsh mallows.
Fold in dessert topping.
Chill until firm in 9 x 13 inch pan.
