Cucumber Lemon Molded Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened fruit juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemons juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cucumbers 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
  Cashews 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Soften gelatin in lemon juice.
Dissolve in hot fruit juice.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mold and chill.
Unmold on salad greens.
