Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1
  Watercress 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Celery stalks 3 (With Leaves)
  Endive head 1
  Green olives 1⁄4 Pound
Directions

Wash, drain and dry all the ingredients.
Break up and put into a salad bowl.
Toss with Dressing and scatter pitted olives over the top
