Ingredients
  Carrots 3 Large, shredded
  Bacon strip 4 , cooked and diced
  Hard-cooked eggs 3
  Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly.
Serve on lettuce.
