Layered Turkey Salad

|Iceberg lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs), torn|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce, drained|
|Canned sliced water chestnuts||8 Ounce, drained|
|Stalk celery||1 Large, sliced|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped cooked turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Bacon slices||8 , cooked and crumbled|
Layer first 7 ingredients in a 13- x 9-x 2-inch dish.
Combine mayonnaise and sugar, spread over turkey.
Top with cheese and bacon.
