Layered Turkey Salad

Ingredients
  Iceberg lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs), torn
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce, drained
  Canned sliced water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained
  Stalk celery 1 Large, sliced
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped cooked turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Shredded swiss cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Bacon slices 8 , cooked and crumbled
Directions

Layer first 7 ingredients in a 13- x 9-x 2-inch dish.
Combine mayonnaise and sugar, spread over turkey.
Top with cheese and bacon.
Cover, chill.
