Egg And Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
  Lettuce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped
  Hard cooked eggs 3
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place lettuce in bowl; add chopped egg whites.
Mash egg yolks; add vinegar, salad oil and seasonings.
Mix well; pour over lettuce.
Toss and serve.
