Lime Whipped Cream Salad
|Crushed pineapple||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Canned grapefruit sections||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Lime gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon lime||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Drain pineapple and grapefruit, reserving 1 cup of combined juices.
Dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water.
Soften unflavored gelatin in fruit juice; dissolve'in hot gelatin mixture.
Add soft drink; let jell.
Pour one half of mixture into a large flat pan; refri gerate until firm.
