Cold Pasta Salad For 25

Ingredients
  Macaroni 64 Ounce
  Chopped spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked and drained
  Dried basil 6 Tablespoon
  Garlic 18 Clove (90 gm), chopped
  Parmesan cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), grated
  Olive oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Garnish)
Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain; refrigerate, covered, until cool.
Combine remaining ingredients, except tomatoes, in medium bowl.
Toss with chilled macaroni.
Refrigerate salad, covered, at least 2 hours.
Serve cold.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
