Cold Pasta Salad For 25
|Chopped spinach||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked and drained|
|Dried basil||6 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||18 Clove (90 gm), chopped|
|Parmesan cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), grated|
|Olive oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cherry tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Garnish)|
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain; refrigerate, covered, until cool.
Combine remaining ingredients, except tomatoes, in medium bowl.
Toss with chilled macaroni.
Refrigerate salad, covered, at least 2 hours.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
