Deviled Egg Salad

Ingredients
  Gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Onion 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pimento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 4 , chopped
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over boiling water.
Add salt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; cool.
Stir in mayonnaise, onion, celery, pepper, pimento and eggs.
Pour into mold; chill until firm.
