Grilled Goat Cheese And Seafood Salad With Mango Lime Dressing
|Canned tuna||12 1⁄2 Ounce (Bumble Bee Albacore Chunk)|
|Olives||2 Ounce, sliced (Choose Ripe Black Ones)|
|Romaine lettuce head||1 , cut|
|Grated lime rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Lime||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Walnut oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted|
|Goat cheese slices||4 , broiled|
Drain artichokes and olives.
Combine artichokes, seafoods, olives and lime rind.
Stir in.juice and oil.
Chill for 1 or more:hours.
Arrange mixture on romaine.
Drizzle mango dressing overalkand serve remainder in a separate bowl.
Garnish with goat cheese and minced parsley.
