Christmas Tree Salad
|Cranberry sauce||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cut dates||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange||1 , finely cut|
|Chopped maraschino cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Heat cranberry sauce until softened.
Add salt, celery, dates, orange, cherries and pecans.
Soften gelatin in a small amount of water; add to cranberry mixture.
Pour mixture into cone shaped paper cups.
Chill until firm.
Remove from cups to serve.
Soften cream cheese.
Using a decorator tube, make decorations on cone shaped salads to represent Christmas tree decorations.
