Golden Glow Salad

Ingredients
  Diced pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice.
Dis solve lemon gelatin in boiling water; add pineapple juice, salt and vinegar.
Mix well.
Let stand until it starts to jell.
Add pine apple, carrots and nuts.
Mix well.
Chill un til firm.
