Waldorf Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (6 Ounce)
  Real mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned mandarin orange 11 Ounce, drained
  Red apple 1 Medium, cored and diced
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

Cook macaroni according to package instructions; rinse in cold water and drain.
Stir together mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, sugar and salt in large bowl.
Add macaroni, orange sections, apple and celery; toss to coat well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
If desired, arrange on lettuce-lined platter and garnish with sliced almonds.
