Waldorf Macaroni Salad
|Elbow macaroni||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (6 Ounce)|
|Real mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned mandarin orange||11 Ounce, drained|
|Red apple||1 Medium, cored and diced|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cook macaroni according to package instructions; rinse in cold water and drain.
Stir together mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, sugar and salt in large bowl.
Add macaroni, orange sections, apple and celery; toss to coat well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
If desired, arrange on lettuce-lined platter and garnish with sliced almonds.
