Cottage Cheese Pineapple Salad With Heavy Cream

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1 Pint
  Crushed pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Diced maraschino cherries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

mixture thicken slightly; fold in whipped cream.
Pour into large pan; chill until firm.
