Fruit Salad Freeze

|Pineapple chunks||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Marshmallows||12 , cut up|
|Cream cheese||1 , softened|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Confectioner's sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped peaches||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
|Apricots||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Flaked coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Maraschino cherries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Heat juice slightly; add all remaining ingredients.
Pour into fruit cans; freeze.
Cut out bottom of cans; push out salad.
Slice and serve on lettuce leaves.
