Fruit Salad Freeze

Ingredients
  Pineapple chunks 2 Can (20 oz)
  Marshmallows 12 , cut up
  Cream cheese 1 , softened
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Confectioner's sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped peaches 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained
  Apricots 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Maraschino cherries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Heat juice slightly; add all remaining ingredients.
Pour into fruit cans; freeze.
Cut out bottom of cans; push out salad.
Slice and serve on lettuce leaves.
