Ham Salad Fruit Boats

Ham and salad fruit boats is a ham salad recipe served in carved pineapple boats. Combined with green pepper, celery and salad dressing the ham is tossed and served as a main course salad.
Ingredients
  Pineapple 1 Small, chilled
  Cubed cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut pineapple in half lengthwise.
Remove hard core.
Cut around edge of fruit, leaving a rim about 1/2 inch thick.
Cut loosened fruit crosswise; remove and dice.
Combine 1 cup of the diced pineapple with ham, celery, and green pepper.
(Reserve remaining pineapple for another meal.) Blend mayonnaise and mustard; add to ham mixture.
Toss to coat ingredients.
Spoon into pineapple boats.
