Citrus Vinaigrette Salad

Ingredients
  Peanut oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Pomegranate 1
  Head of lettuce 1 Medium, torn
  Orange 1 , peeled and thinly sliced
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well.
Set aside.
Remove seeds from pomegranate.
Combine lettuce, orange slices, and seeds in a large bowl.
Toss with dressing.
