|Crushed pineapple||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Miniature marshmallows||8 Ounce|
|Whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Maraschino cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice.
Combine eggs, pineapple juice, flour, sugar and salt in double boiler; cook until thickened.
Add lemon juice and peel.
Fold in marshmallows, pineapple, whipped cream and cherries.
