Yam N Ham Salad

Ingredients
  Yams 4 Medium
  Boiled ham 1 Pound
  Seedless green grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
  Pear 1 , cored and cubed
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 1
Directions

Bake yams in preheated 350° F.oven 40 minutes, or boil, covered, in lightly salted water for 20 minutes, or until just tender.
Cool.Remove peel.
Cut yams and ham into 1/2-inch cubes.
Combine cubes in large bowl with grapes and pear.
Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; pour over yam mixture just before serving.
Toss lightly.
Arrange on platter lined with lettuce leaves.
