Vegetable Salad With Walnuts
|Chopped green pepper||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped tomatoes||3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)|
|Sliced onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), separated into rings|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
Combine green pepper, tomatoes, onions, and walnuts in a bowl.
Combine vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, pour mixture over vegetable mixture, mixing well.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Serve on leaf lettuce, if desired.
