Chef's Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Orange sections 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened pineapple chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Chopped apple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), unpeeled
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Low fat cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Low calorie french dressing 2 Tablespoon (Any Commercial Brand)
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), coarsely chopped
Directions

Combine orange sections, pineapple chunks, chopped apple, and raisins in a small bowl, set aside.
Layer lettuce and cottage cheese in a large bowl.
Drizzle with French dressing.
Spoon fruit mixture over dressing, top with walnuts.
