Chef's Fruit Salad

|Orange sections||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsweetened pineapple chunks||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Chopped apple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), unpeeled|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Low fat cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Low calorie french dressing||2 Tablespoon (Any Commercial Brand)|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), coarsely chopped|
Combine orange sections, pineapple chunks, chopped apple, and raisins in a small bowl, set aside.
Layer lettuce and cottage cheese in a large bowl.
Drizzle with French dressing.
Spoon fruit mixture over dressing, top with walnuts.
