Different Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Cream style cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 2 Tablespoon
  Iceberg lettuce head 1 Medium, torn
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium
  Minced green pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and horseradish, chill well.
Combine lettuce, green onions, and green pepper, toss lightly.
Arrange lettuce mixture on individual plates, top with the cottage cheese mixture.
Garnish with tomato wedges and minced green pepper, if desired.
