Potato And Frank Furter Salad
|Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Scallions||8 , chopped|
|Cream dressing||1 Tablespoon|
|Cooked ham slice||4|
|Hard boiled eggs||2 , quartered|
Cook, peel and dice the potatoes.
Add onion and parsley and while potatoes are still warm add 3-4 tablespoons cream dressing.
Toss lightly and set aside to chill.
Put the potato in the center of a platter lined with lettuce leaves.
Put a frankfurter on each slice of ham and roll up.
Arrange the ham rolls around the dish and garnish with hard boiled eggs and tomatoes.
