|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Any Commercial Brand)|
|Chopped blanched almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced green onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Peel cucumbers, if desired, and thinly slice.
Sprinkle with salt, and let stand 15 minutes.
Drain cucumbers, if necessary.
Combine remaining ingredients, add to cucumbers, tossing gently.
Chill at least 1 hour.
