Country Club-Style Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Chopped cooked chicken 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 4 , chopped
  Diced pimiento 2 Ounce, drained
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cheddar cheese 4 Ounce, shredded
  Sliced almonds 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), toasted
Directions

Combine chicken, celery, eggs, pimiento, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt, mix well.
Spoon into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish, cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over casserole, top with almonds.
Bake, uncovered, an additional 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
