Curried Chicken Salad

|Cooked and cubed chicken||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sliced water chestnuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ripe olives||8 , sliced|
|Sliced green onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
Combine chicken, rice, celery, water chestnuts, olives, and green onions, toss well.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder, add to chicken mixture, stirring well.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
