Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked and cubed chicken 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cooked rice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sliced water chestnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ripe olives 8 , sliced
  Sliced green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 1
Directions

Combine chicken, rice, celery, water chestnuts, olives, and green onions, toss well.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder, add to chicken mixture, stirring well.
Chill.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
