Salad Andalouse

Salad andalouse is filling rice salad made with cooked rice along with tomatoes, pimientos and garlic for flavor. Dressed with a french dressing, this salad recipe is good to go for both lunch or dinner. Serve with more vegetables or meat to make it more filling.
Ingredients
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Tomatoes 4 , peeled, cut into quarters
  Canned pimentos 2 , cut into thin strips
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Onion 1⁄2 , peeled, finely chopped
  French dressing 3 Tablespoon (Just Enough To Cover It Not In Excess)
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon (For Garnishing)
Directions

Combine the rice, tomatoes, pimento, garlic and onion.
Add seasoning if required.
Add enough french dressing to coat all ingredients well but avoid adding excess dressing.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
