Chicken Salad With Grapes

Ingredients
  Cooked and cubed chicken/Cooked and cubed turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Seedless green grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained
  Slivered almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), toasted
  Green onions 2 , minced
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce cups 250 Gram
Directions

Combine chicken, cucumber, and celery in a bowl.
Combine oil and vinegar, pour over chicken mixture.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Drain.
Add grapes, oranges, almonds, green onions, and mayonnaise to chicken mixture, mix well.
Chill at least 2 hours.
Serve in lettuce cups.
