Majestic Layered Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 2⁄3 Pound, torn into bite-size pieces
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Purple onion 1 Small, sliced and separated into rings
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce, thawed, drained (English Peas)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bacon slices 2 , cooked and crumbled
Directions

Layer torn spinach, sliced mushrooms, onion rings, and English peas in a 2 1/2-quart salad bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar, and curry powder, mix well.
Spread over top of salad, sealing to edge of bowl.
Cover salad tightly, and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Uncover salad and sprinkle with crumbled bacon before serving.
