Ham And Cheese Salad
|Cooked cubed ham||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cooked macaroni||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Swiss cheese cube||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Medium Stalks)|
|Tomatoes||2 , cubed|
|Chopped parsley/Parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Sour cream/Bleu cheese / creamy onion dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Prepared)|
In large mixing bowl, gently combine all ingredients; mix well.
Chill before serving.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
If desired, garnish with crumbled bleu cheese.
One-half cup uncooked macaroni gives the 1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni needed for this recipe.
