Hot Turkey Salad

Ingredients
  Diced cooked turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Beef consomme 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Thinly sliced celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped roasted salted almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Pimiento 1 , cut into strips
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Baked patty shells 6
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine turkey and consomme in a saucepan, cook until turkey is thoroughly heated.
Add celery, almonds, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, pimiento, and pepper, mixing well.
Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until mixture is thoroughly heated.
Fill patty shells with hot turkey salad.
Sprinkle with cheese, if desired, and bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
