this simple luncheon salad bowl recipe is an easy to prepare and carry lunch. Flavorful and fresh, this luncheon salad is prepared with meat and salad greens and tossed with american cheese and french dressing. With added escarole and watercress, this lunch salad is boith filling and juicy.
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), cut|
|Shredded lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded romaine lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded escarole||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , seeded and cut into rings|
|Luncheon meat||1⁄2 Can (5 oz), shredded|
|American cheese||1⁄4 Pound, cut into strips|
|Hard boiled eggs||3 , cut into wedges|
|French dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Rub a wooden salad bowl with the cut clove of garlic.
Arrange all the ingredients in the bowl.
Add the dressing, and toss lightly until all the ingredients are coated.
