Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), cut
  Shredded lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded romaine lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded escarole 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Watercress 50 Gram
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , seeded and cut into rings
  Luncheon meat 1⁄2 Can (5 oz), shredded
  American cheese 1⁄4 Pound, cut into strips
  Hard boiled eggs 3 , cut into wedges
  French dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Rub a wooden salad bowl with the cut clove of garlic.
Arrange all the ingredients in the bowl.
Add the dressing, and toss lightly until all the ingredients are coated.
