Tostada Salad

Ingredients
  Beef 1 Pound
  Dry onion soup mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cooked grain 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced black olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lettuce head 1 , torn into small pieces
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Shredded monterey jack cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Black olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato wedges 2
Directions

Brown ground beef in a large skillet.
Add soup mix, water, and grain.
Simmer 10 minutes.
While simmering, combine olives, tomato, green pepper, lettuce, and onion.
Prepare portions on salad plates Top with hamburger mixture.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and garnish with black olives and tomato wedges.
