Tomato-Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, chopped
  Green onions 3 , chopped (With Tops)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Avocados 3 Medium (Peeled)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Lettuce leaves 1
Directions

Combine tomatoes and green onions in a small bowl, set aside.
Combine oil, vinegar, salt, paprika, pepper, and garlic in a jar.
Cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
Pour mixture over vegetables.
Cover and marinate 1 hour.
Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove seeds.
Brush avocado halves with lemon juice, and fill with tomato mixture.
Arrange avocado halves on lettuce leaves.
