Sesame-Citrus Green Salad
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), split|
|Boston lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Romaine lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grapefruit sections||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Drained)|
|Orange sections||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Drained)|
|Sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon (Toasted)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Tarragon vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
Rub inside of a medium salad bowl with garlic, discard garlic.
Combine lettuce and endive in bowl, chill.
Top lettuce mixture with fruit, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Combine oil and vinegar; pour over salad, tossing gently.
