|Cooked cubed chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Celery stalk||2 , chopped|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Cover and chill before serving.
Sour cream may be used for part or all of mayonnaise, salting to taste.
Prepared bleu cheese or Thousand Island dressing may be substituted for mayonnaise.
