Ham Salad

Ingredients
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Cooked cubed ham 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Celery stalk 1 , chopped
  Pickle relish/Chopped sweet pickle 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard/0.5 teaspoon dry mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

In bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Chill before serving.
Serve in lettuce cups.
If desired, garnish with tomato wedges.
TIPS:
A 12-oz. can luncheon meat, cubed, or 3 cups sliced wieners, salami, bologna or Vienna sausage may be substituted for ham.
One cup cubed or shredded cheese may be added or substituted for eggs.
