Shrimp Salad With Mayonnaise
|Cooked shrimp||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Head of lettuce||1|
|Tomatoes||5 , sliced|
|Lemons||3 , sliced|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||3 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||2 Teaspoon|
Peel and devein the shrimp.
Separate the lettuce into leaves.
Cover a serving platter with the lettuce and arrange the shrimp in the center, ringed with the tomato and lemon slices.
Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and blend well.
Serve the dressing on the side in a bowl with the salad, or, if you wish, you may serve the salad on individual plates, placing the shrimp around the rim of the salad.
