White Radish Salad

Ingredients
  Horse radish 2 Large
  Spring onions 2 , thinly sliced
  Apple 1 Small, sliced
  Lemon juice 1 Small
  Oil vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Light soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame paste 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilies 2 , finely chopped
Directions

Peel and grate radish and squeeze out the juice and place in a bowl covered with cold water and juice of half a lemon.
Sprinkle remaining lemon juice over sliced apple to prevent discolouring.
Mix all ingredients for dressing together in a bowl.
Drain radish, squeeze out all water and add to the dressing mixture.
Add apple and spring onions, toss and chill well, before serving.
