|Escarole||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Spinach||1 Cup (16 tbs), torn|
|Cherry tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs), halved|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced|
Combine romaine, escarole, and spinach in salad bowl.
Top with cherry tomatoes and celery.
