Smoked Mackerel Salad

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 4 Teaspoon
  Boiled long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), boiled
  Smoked mackerel fillets 2 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, skinned and chopped
  Celery 3 , diced
  Hard-boiled eggs 2 , sliced
  Chopped watercress 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Radishes 4 , sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Mayonnaise is a traditional accompaniment to cold, poached salmon and can also be served with fish salads vinegar.
2 Stir in the rice, mackerel fillets, tomatoes and celery.
3 Blend well and season with salt and pepper.
4 Pile the mixture onto a flat serving platter and decorate with the hard-boiled eggs, watercress and radishes.
