Ingredients
  Avocado 1 , cubed
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Red onion 1 , chopped
  Red kidney beans 1 Can (10 oz) (Drained)
  Hamburger 1 Pound, fried and drained
  Dorito chips 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
  Thousand island salad dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper cheese 1⁄2 Pound, grated
  Iceberg lettuce 1 , shredded
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Should be mixed no more than about 20 minutes before serving.
