New Look Green Salad

Ingredients
  Mixed salad leaves 350 Gram, washed and torn into pieces (12 Ounce)
  Cucumber 175 Gram, grated (6 Ounce)
  Cultured buttermilk/Plain unsweetened yogurt 150 Milliliter
  Chopped mint/Dill basil / fennel 3 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and crushed
Directions

1. Dry the salad leaves thoroughly and arrange in a salad bowl.
2. Blend all the other ingredients together by hand (a liquidizer or food processor will make the cucumber too mushy). Pour into a jug.
