New Look Green Salad

|Mixed salad leaves||350 Gram, washed and torn into pieces (12 Ounce)|
|Cucumber||175 Gram, grated (6 Ounce)|
|Cultured buttermilk/Plain unsweetened yogurt||150 Milliliter|
|Chopped mint/Dill basil / fennel||3 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and crushed|
1. Dry the salad leaves thoroughly and arrange in a salad bowl.
2. Blend all the other ingredients together by hand (a liquidizer or food processor will make the cucumber too mushy). Pour into a jug.
